Electrical problem

2003 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 99930 miles



the air condition fan won't shut and when you do try and turn it off it goes to the floor or to defrost and the control mode still works. The speedometer and the gear selector light flickers and the third member brake light also flickers when you apply the brakes. The radio also cuts in and out when this happens. We have changed the alternator and that didn't help at all.  any help would be appreciated.
