2005 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 80,000 miles

I ahve a 2005 t&c lwb ,  2 days ago the engine warning light came on i had it checked out & autozone siad it was  0073 code or something like that,   y/day it went out,  then I noticed on the temp panel that shows the outside temperature it was displaying minus 40 degree's  when normally here in texas it would be about 90 to 100  why is it doing this & whats the answer to putting right ?/,  other wise the van runs just fine although it doesnt get that many miles to the gallon,  thanks  Robin
