Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question :: 2002 Chrysler Town and Country  Problems with cold start

2002 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 118,00 miles

When I start from cold, the car has some trouble.  It will start, but it often takes a several seconds holding the key forward.  Once it does start, the car has low power for the first few minutes.

Also, the car seems to have trouble shifting the first time through the gears.  At 20 mph it stops accelerating, and the rpm shoots up to 5000. After about 15 seconds the car will shake and accelerate to 30 mph. Same thing happens again, 15 seconds of no power, car shakes, and then works.  This only happens the first time I accelerate, if I stop after hitting 40mph I can accelerate fine the next time.

It may be unrelated, but 3 sensors are reading not ready for about 3000 miles now... O2, Evac, and catalyst, so all emissions sensors.
