Chrysler Grand Voyager Repair Question :: 1995 Chrysler Grand Voyager  ABS problem

Brakes problem

1995 Chrysler Grand Voyager  6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 228000 miles

The fault indication lamp for rhe ABS system lights up some times. When this happend the ABS is not working. I have had this problem for a couple of years. When I stop the engine and start up again it is OK if I start driving immediatelly, but if I stop the problem comes back. The problem has only ocured during winter and spring time when the wheather is humid. But now it has become worse. I assume humidity inside a component is the problem, but where is this device? Can I do something or do I need to replace something? Appreciate an answer.
