Engine Mechanical problem

2002 Ford E-Series Van  V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

After our truck runs for a while maybe 10-30 mile trip it looses power & want go but about 20 miles per hour. We can kill it or let it set & idle, or the next time we use it,  it will crank fine & run for a while & it will do the same thing. We have had it at the ford dealership & they replaced the gas tank, fuel filter & fuel system. It still does the same thing, we put it into 3 other shops & they cant find the problem, they run it for a short trip & say it is fine. The reason they replaced the gas tank was because it was peeling & that ruined fuel system WHAT COULD IT BE? Im sorry but we have spent thousands of dollars on this truck.
