Engine Mechanical problem

2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive  



I'm trying to find out what makes a knocking sound in the motor.I was told a rod knocking,the rod bearings,the flywheel or the oil pump.The sound stops after you reaches between 1500 and 2000 rpms and after you change into 3rd gear(like on the open road where you don't have to start and stop can you please help me try to figure it out.
