Engine Mechanical problem

2008 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 50000 miles



My Chrysler T&C burns roughly 2 qts every 3,000 miles. WE do not see smoke when we start the engine and the dealer tells us this is normal. They blame it on the high compression  engine. The warranty is running out and I don't want to get stuck with a big repiar later.
