Brakes problem

2008 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 87000 miles

Greetings,

I replaced the rear disc brakes (and rotors) on the van yesterday. I saw smoke after the initial drive, removed wheel  inspected brakes, everything looks OK. After driving again I am not getting smoke but I am measuring 400F temperature coming of the rotor. I tried setting and releasing the parking brake, backing up, snapping my fingers, nothing seems to work. Will the problem go away as the brakes wear in or am I in serious trouble?

Thanks,

Alan
