Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question :: 2007 Chrysler Town & Country intermittent electrical pro

Electrical problem

2007 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 64800 miles

Intermittently, the radio, dvd player, power outlets, windshield wipers and automatic windows will just, out of the blue, shut down.  If we stop, turn off the van, it all turns back on (except the engine  so we're stuck wherever we are until it starts working again. Dealer replaced the ignition switch and said it was fixed but...2 wks later...the problem is still here (we've only driven it a couple hundred miles since the last "repair").  Dealer turned key towards dash (while on) and was able to make this situation repeat itself and said that this is how we could be sure it was the ignition switch but I'm starting to doubt that.  Any suggestions?
