Brakes problem

2001 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 99000 miles



i HAVE A REAR ROTOR THAT IS PROBABLY HUNGUP ON THE EMERGENCY BRAKE PADS. I CAN NOT REMOVE THE ROTOR, IT GETS HUNG UP AND CAN NOT BE TURNED ONCE I START TO REMOVE IT. IT IS LOOSE FROM THE AXLE BUT GETS HUNG UP.
