Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question :: 2006 Chrysler Town and Country  Rear Sliding doors

Electrical problem

2006 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 103000 miles

I have a 2006 Chyrsler Town and Country, the  rear passenger sliding door lock only pops up half way, therefore the door will not open until I pull complete unlocking with my hand. Also drivers side door only opens 4-6 inches (with remote or when I press auto button in car), I have to pull the door open the rest of the way. Also, when closing the door with remote or auto button, it closes until it gets to about 4-6 inches from complete close and stops. Any suggestions? Thanks
