Engine Cooling problem

2006 Chrysler Town and Country  V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 83000 miles

I recently went to the dealer for an oil change. My car had also been overheating, and i have been putting coolant in it every 2 months....I think it is leaking from the coolant overflow container...but not sure. Anyway the dealer wrote the following on my invoice:

The trans cooler lines and the water pump are RLEA

King suggest repairing soon. Est for repair are $480.00 for both.

Could you please tell me whar RLEA means

i have taken the car to a small service shop and they said i need a new radiator installed for $352.00.

I have no idea who is correct and who is not. i do know it leaks from the left side, and the coolant container dumps when the temperure gage hits the H!
