Transmission problem

2000 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles



my 2000 town & country wont go in revers at all. when you go foward and tuch the breaks you have too wait for the transmission to reengage also wont get out of i think 2nd gear unless you put the van in nutral while still going and shut down ignition then restart while still rolling that it will shift to the next gear      

                      (sorry cant donate im out of work and have to barrow the money for the repairs so i can find a job )
