Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question :: 2002 Chrysler Town and Country  Rear Rotors Stuck

2002 Chrysler Town and Country

This is driving me crazy. I got the calipers off and attempted to take the rotor off but it is stuck.

I beat it with a hammer and can see that it is loose all around, but I suspect that the parking brake is holding on to it. I checked the parking brake adjustment screw at the bottom of the assembly, took the look rubber piece off and lookied inside but do not see the little star adjuster. I can see the screw but not the adjuster. HELP! How am I going to get this thing off?

Any advise appreciated.
