Air Conditioning problem

2006 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 80000 miles



2006 Chrysler Town & Country not cooling. Has hissing sound coming from dash on passengers side. Thought it was fixed because we had the same problem last summer after technician tightened a screw where dye was put in to diagnose a leak, but again the A/C blows non-cooled air. Any suggestions?
