Electrical problem

2005 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic



I have a 2005 town and country that recently started acting up. When first starting up, instrument cluster goes crazy then normal after running. Sometimes wont start because of it I tkink. could you please tell me what this could be and how to fix thanks.
