Tires and Wheels problem

2005 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 69000 miles

My mechanic says that the noise I am hearing is due to a flat spot on my tire and that my back tires need replacing.

Just did a rotate and alignment as was having issues with a right front strut plate.

The rack and pineion were replaced due to leakage prior to my purchase a month ago.

Never have felt like it is a smooth ride and some vibrations even with the rotate and alignment.

Now hearing a noise like a little boy with a wind up motorcycle usually when I am at low speeds and especially turning a corner.

Some rumbling sounds whiel driving.
