Transmission problem

2004 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles



The dealership replaced my transmission with a after-market part at about 75000 miles. Everytime it's placed in gear from park there is a rattle like a chain under the hood. It shifts good no other problems. Can you tell me what and where the problem may be?
