Engine Mechanical problem

2003 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 121034 miles

just had my crhysler into dealer was running way to rich and throwing two engine codes p0148 p0118 and batt light was on had to tow it being as it would hardly run enough to drive they said it was alternator.they wanted 600 for it so i did myself funny part was i went to pick it up and it seemed like it was running fine.but then i replaced alternator and now getting more engine codes codes im now getting p0108 and p0203 would like to figure out on my own without paying dealer again.its running but it will like stuble when driving it will do the same when your steady on throttle.and then back off it will stuble.
