Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question :: 1997 Chrysler Town and Country  Overheating

Engine Cooling problem

1997 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 169000 miles

Can you tell me why or what causes the fan motor relay to malfunction or go bad? I have replaced them like candy. Does the relay have anything to do with the body control module? I think that mine is bad because my wipers and doorlocks are acting funky. Could you tell me where this is located?(body control module) I am running the a/c now perhaps this has some thing do with it? Thank you, Tim Wendland
