Air Conditioning problem

2002 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 170000 miles



Hello, in the last 5 weeks I have had three compressors, two condensers, three evaporators, and a few dozen pounds of R134 and dye replaced on my 2002 Chrysler T&C 3.8 Ltr Minivan.



It used to be ICE COLD!!! Then the Compressor broke – Had a local shop replace the compressor and from then on the whole system has not been right.  Will cool, but once the car is driven longer than 30 mins or if the outside air is hot (92 – 102) then the AC goes warm (took it back 7 different times for repairs, see parts above, over $1000 spent).



Here is the kicker… when the AC air is warm the pressure spikes up over 125PSI… when I spray the engine down with a water hose, the pressure drops below 30… and the ac air turn nice a freezing cold!!!



The engine is not overheating, the Radiator thermo reads middle line, but after the car gets nice and hot is loses the cold AC air.



IT BLOWS MY MIND – Any ideas????
