Computer problem

1998 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 156000 miles



code P0203



I am pretty knowledgeable in the auto field, but this has me stumped.... Checked wiring to #3 injector from the pcm, all is good. Got voltage at the injector, but it isnt getting the ground pulse from the pcm to fire the injector. Faulty pcm, or maybe the camshaft position sensor? Thanks
