Chevy G20 Front rotor swap

Any one ever change a g20 front rotor/ spindle, out to a GM car rotor. I need to change my bolt pattern from the 5x5 to a 5x4.75 pattern to give more wheel selections. I got some great advice from Vannin.com, but I'm a slow learner, I need help with actual rotor match, and bearing sizes.  that will fit?? Thanks, Dan

Dan I am unsure of what parts would be needed for that swap. What was posted at Vannin.com regarding this?

Basiclly the same questions, posted in the general question section. I did get a phone # for a Machinist in jersey, that got me started. It would nice to go to the parts store with all the info.
